We offer a full deep clean of your unoccupied property/rental property.
- kitchen-inside , beside, behind stovetop an oven, refrigerator/freezer, cabinets/drawers, backsplash, washer/dryer(we do not move washer/dryer), dishwasher, microwave, with an added shine to all stainless steel appliances.
- bathroom- cabinets/drawers, toilet(sides,behind,inside), tub/shower, mirrors and sink.
- heating/cooling closet- dust door, sweep out debris, wipe top of water heater.
- living room/bedroom - clean all light switches, dust fan blades, clean track of sliding door, clean all windows and window seals, dust molding and trim.
- All floor to be dust mopped/swept and vacuumed/mopped( light switches in every room will also be cleaned and blinds will be dusted)
- IMPORTANT: inside of window frames will Be an additional $5 per window
- 4hrs max
